If you have to clean your kitchen as a part of you end of tenancy cleaning, then you need to pay special attention to every corner and to every single appliance because the landlord will most likely inspect everything closely and if you have failed to clean to a satisfactory level, you may incur monetary penalties.
The appliance you have to pay most attention to is the oven. It requires a lot more elbow grease than the fridge for example but it has to be done. In order to clean the oven to perfection you only need soda bicarbonate, vinegar, water and clean cloths. Make a paste with the soda and the water and cover the inside of the oven with it. Leave the paste all night and in the morning wipe it off. If you have paste left over, you can mix equal parts of vinegar and water and wipe the oven once again. The vinegar will make the soda bubble and this way, it will be easier to remove.
